Getting Started

Your first steps on SWT Wealth

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Navigate to the SWT Wealth platform homepage
  2. Click "Register" or "Sign Up" in the navigation menu
  3. Enter your details:
    • • Full name (as it appears on your ID)
    • • Email address (you'll need to verify this)
    • • Strong password (min 12 characters, mixed case, numbers, symbols)
    • • Date of birth
  4. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  5. Click "Create Account"

Step 2: Verify Your Email

  1. Check your inbox for a verification email from SWT Wealth
  2. Click the verification link (expires after 24 hours)
  3. You'll be redirected to the platform and automatically logged in
  4. If you don't see the email:
    • • Check your spam/junk folder
    • • Wait 5-10 minutes (email can be delayed)
    • • Click "Resend verification email" on the dashboard

Step 3: Complete KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) is required by law before you can receive tokens or distributions.

  1. Click "Complete KYC" in your dashboard (you'll see a prominent banner)
  2. Prepare your documents:
    • • Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or national ID)
    • • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or council tax bill dated within 3 months)
  3. Upload clear photos of both documents (ensure all text is readable)
  4. Complete the selfie verification (liveness check to prevent fraud)
  5. Review and submit
  6. Verification time: Usually 1-10 minutes for automatic approval, or 1-3 business days if manual review is needed

⚠️ Important

Your name on ID documents must exactly match your account name. Discrepancies will cause rejection.

Step 4: Set Up Your XRPL Wallet

Your tokens are stored on the XRP Ledger, so you need an XRPL wallet.

Option A: Create a New Wallet (Recommended for beginners)

  1. 1. Download Xaman (mobile app) or Crossmark (browser extension)
  2. 2. Follow the app's setup wizard to create a new wallet
  3. 3. CRITICAL: Write down your secret recovery phrase (24 words) on paper and store it safely
  4. 4. Copy your XRPL wallet address (starts with 'r', e.g., rN7n7o...)
  5. 5. In SWT Wealth dashboard, go to "Wallet" section
  6. 6. Click "Connect Wallet" and paste your XRPL address
  7. 7. Sign the verification message in your wallet app to confirm ownership

Option B: Use Existing Wallet

If you already have an XRPL wallet, simply connect it using the steps above.

Step 5: Create Trust Line

A trust line allows your wallet to hold SWT Wealth tokens. This is a one-time setup.

  1. In your dashboard, you'll see a "Create Trust Line" button after connecting your wallet
  2. Click the button - you'll be redirected to your wallet app
  3. Approve the trust line transaction (costs about 0.000012 XRP, fractions of a penny)
  4. Wait for confirmation (usually 3-5 seconds)
  5. Return to SWT Wealth dashboard
  6. Wait for authorisation: Once your KYC is approved, the issuer will authorise your trust line (automatic, takes a few minutes)

ℹ️ What is a Trust Line?

Trust lines are an XRPL feature that prevents spam tokens. By creating a trust line, you're saying "I trust this issuer and want to hold their tokens." It's completely safe and standard practice.

Once KYC is approved and your trust line is authorised, you can start earning tokens immediately. Head to the "Earn" section in your dashboard to see available actions.

How to Complete Actions

  1. 1. Navigate to "Earn" Section

    Click "Earn Tokens" in your dashboard sidebar to see all available actions.

  2. 2. Choose an Action

    Each action card shows the reward amount, cooldown period, and requirements.

  3. 3. Complete the Action
    • • For social shares: Click the share button, post on your chosen platform, then return and click "Verify"
    • • For referrals: Copy your unique referral link and share it with friends
    • • For subscriptions: Enter your email and confirm in your inbox
  4. 4. Wait for Verification

    Most actions have a grace period (24-48 hours) to verify authenticity and prevent fraud.

  5. 5. Receive Tokens

    Once verified, tokens are automatically credited to your wallet. You'll receive a notification.

Understanding Limits & Cooldowns

Cooldown Period

Minimum time between repeating the same action (e.g., 24 hours between social shares).

Daily Cap

Maximum times you can perform an action per day (e.g., 4 social shares daily).

Monthly Cap

Maximum times you can perform an action per month (e.g., 50 referrals monthly).

Lifetime Cap

Total maximum times for one-time actions (e.g., subscription can only be claimed once).

⚠️ Anti-Fraud Rules

To maintain fairness, the platform monitors for fraudulent behaviour. The following will result in action suspension or account ban:

  • • Creating multiple accounts to farm referrals (sybil attack)
  • • Using bots or automation to complete actions
  • • Fake social shares (posting and immediately deleting)
  • • Referral rings (groups coordinating to refer each other)
  • • VPN/proxy abuse to bypass geo-restrictions
  • • Using fake documents for KYC

Penalties: Tokens may be clawed back, and accounts permanently banned. Play fair!

Understanding Trust Lines

Trust lines are unique to XRPL and prevent spam tokens from appearing in your wallet. Here's how they work:

  1. 1. You create a trust line - Opting in to receive tokens from a specific issuer
  2. 2. Issuer authorises - After KYC approval, issuer enables your trust line
  3. 3. You receive tokens - Tokens can now be sent to your wallet

ℹ️ Trust Line States

  • • Not Created: You need to create the trust line first
  • • Pending Authorisation: Waiting for KYC approval and issuer authorisation
  • • Authorised: Active! You can receive tokens
  • • Frozen: Temporarily disabled (e.g., compliance investigation)

Viewing on XRPL Explorer

One of the benefits of blockchain is transparency. You can verify your token balance on the public XRPL blockchain:

  1. 1. In your wallet dashboard, click "View on XRPL Explorer"
  2. 2. You'll be taken to a blockchain explorer showing your wallet address
  3. 3. Look for the "Trust Lines" or "Balances" section
  4. 4. Find the SWT Wealth token line to see your exact on-chain balance
  5. 5. Click on transactions to see the full history of deposits and withdrawals

🔍 Your on-chain balance should always match your dashboard balance. Any discrepancy? Contact support immediately.

Token Security

✅ DO:

  • • Keep your wallet's secret recovery phrase offline in a secure location
  • • Use a hardware wallet (Ledger) for large balances
  • • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your SWT Wealth account
  • • Verify XRPL addresses carefully before transactions
  • • Keep your wallet app and devices updated

  • • Share your secret recovery phrase with ANYONE (not even support staff)
  • • Store your phrase in cloud storage or email
  • • Connect your wallet to suspicious websites
  • • Click on unsolicited links claiming to be from SWT Wealth
